TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrolment and participation in the Premier Rugby League Academy (“Academy”). By enrolling in the Academy, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before submitting your enrolment.

1. Enrolment and Payment:

1.1. Enrolment in the Academy is subject to availability and acceptance by the Academy.

1.2. The fees for the Academy’s training programs will be processed via Direct Debit every fortnight.

1.3. Participants are required to provide valid payment details and authorize the Academy to charge the agreed-upon fees.

1.4. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of participation in the training programs.

2. Participant Responsibilities:

2.1. Participants must follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules set forth by the Academy and its trainers.

2.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Academy is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property

3. Waiver and Release of Liability:

3.1. Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in rugby league training involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in the Academy, participants assume all risks and release the Academy, its trainers, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training sessions.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

4.1. Refunds may be granted according to the following guidelines: - Participants may cancel their enrolment by providing written notice to the Academy before the start of the training program, and no further payments will be processed. - No refunds will be granted once the training program has commenced, except for exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Academy.

4.2. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions or programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.

5. Photo and Video Use:

5.1. The Academy may capture and use photos or videos of participants during training sessions for promotional, educational, or instructional purposes.

5.2. By enrolling in the Academy, participants grant the Academy and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right to use their likeness, image, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media materials without compensation or approval.

5.3. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any photos or videos used will be appropriate and respectful.

5.4. Participants may request in writing to exclude their likeness from any promotional materials, and the Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NSW. By enrolling in the Premier Rugby League Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
